Aluminium is also an important material in wagon construction, but poses particular challenges for machining. The material is soft, tends to smear and can quickly clog tools. LUKAS-ERZETT offers specially tailored solutions for aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, allowing surfaces to be machined cleanly, edges to be deburred in a controlled manner and processes to be implemented reliably.

With the LightFlow coating, LUKAS-ERZETT reduces friction between the tool and the material surface, thus minimising wear and material adhesion. With aluminium in particular, this ensures long-lasting work, less sticking and uniform machining. Die messerscharfen Schneiden des Frässtift Z9 Alu erzeugen ein beeindruckend hohes Spanvolumen auf weichen Aluminiumsorten und -legierungen. Der große Spanquerschnitt sorgt für ein schnelles, effizientes Arbeiten und ein großes Spanvolumen. Auch bei extremsten Anwendungen kommt es beim Z9 Alu nur in Ausnahmefällen zu Schneidenausbrüchen und das bei gleichzeitig hohem Spanvolumen und einem optimierten Spanwinkel. Die Facettenverzahnung dieses Frässtifts macht all dies möglich. Der hochwertige Stahlschaft des Frässtifts passt optimal in die Antriebsmaschine. Klemmen, Schlupf oder gar Schaftbruch gehören der Vergangenheit an. Durch spezielle Spanteiler ist dank kurzer Späne im Einsatz nur wenig Kraftaufwand nötig und der Maschinenverschleiß fällt gering aus. Hierzu tragen auch die langhaltenden scharfen Schneiden der Facettenverzahnung des Z9 Alu bei. Das Werkzeug läuft ruhig, ohne Rattern oder Vibrationen.
