Flexible sanding tools for fillet welds, radii and complex geometries

A major strength of the SLTflex abrasive flap disc is the processing of fillet welds, radii and other areas where tools have to adapt cleanly to the geometry. The comparatively small resin core enables a large projection of the sanding flaps. As a result, the tool adapts well to uneven surfaces and can be guided with little effort. Multi-layered abrasive grains on the outside of the flaps improve the quality of work and significantly extend the service life, making the SLTflex a powerful solution for many typical sanding jobs on steel structures. Flexible sanding sheets such as PSK are also suitable where clean results, easy handling and quick changes are required.

For stainless steel and internal machining

Suitable tools for stainless steels and internal deburring

Stainless steels place special demands on the tool. Mounted points for stainless steels from LUKAS-ERZETT are designed for these materials and do not contain any iron, sulphur or halogens. The TF abrasive for stainless steels can be used to process corrosion-free containers and components with a high surface quality. The Z3 Universal internal back deburrer offers a sophisticated solution for areas that are difficult to access from the outside. Its cutting edges are positioned on a 45° bevel facing backwards so that openings, pipe ends and drill holes can be deburred and machined cleanly on the inside.
